Guatemala Alotenango, Antigua

The picturesque mountain landscape of Finca La Laguna is located in Alotenango, in Guatemala’s Antigua region. This region is known for beautiful coffee aroma profiles that develop richly in cherries grown on fertile volcanic soils. The surrounding volcanoes likely contribute to this character. Finca La Laguna has been managed by producer Don Adolfo Hernandez since 1995 and has always offered good quality coffees. With Adolfito Hernandez Jr becoming more involved in the farm’s work, the family is developing Honey and Natural processing methods to diversify and improve their offer. The results have been excellent.
