Just as impressive as the country’s natural richness are the hospitable people who mostly live from agriculture. Only 10% of coffee comes from large plantations, while the remaining 90% is grown on small farms. Coffee cultivation is done manually, picking only ripe cherries.
This coffee comes from southern Tanzania and is produced by hand, reflecting careful work in a cup with intense fruit notes — typical of Tanzanian Peaberry coffees, where the fruit contains only one seed. This coffee has pleasant citrus notes combined with cranberry and blackcurrant.
