This innovative decaf coffee uses the Carbonic Natural™ process, where cherries undergo carbonic maceration before being naturally decaffeinated. The result is a rare decaf with the complexity of a specialty coffee – expect jammy berry notes and a creamy body. Grown by smallholders in Colombia's Huila region, the beans are mountain-water processed (without chemicals) to preserve origin character.
