The “STAPINUL MESEI” bakery has been writing its story since 2004. The experience gathered over the years has allowed us to create a craft production of real, natural bread made from whole-grain rye flour.

Our Approach to Bread
This is a handmade production process in which fermentation takes place without modern additives. The total preparation time for this bread is approximately 36–40 hours. This gives it a rich, slightly fruity aroma and taste, a dark crust, and a dense yet soft crumb.

We use flour, water, salt, and sourdough without additives, improvers, or preservatives.
